About
On October 14 and 15, Kinosaki Onsen hosts festival floats for the annual festival of Shisho Shrine, which stands in the middle of the hot spring town. The floats also collide in what is called the seri. The festival is carried by the people who live in town, divided by neighborhood into three groups, Kamibu, Nakabu and Shimobu, each bringing out a float with its own role to parade through the streets. Traffic restrictions are in place on festival days, so follow the directions of the traffic staff. Drivers can use the public and private parking lots in the hot spring area.
