About

Each autumn, the area in front of JR Ena Station becomes the stage for Ena's largest autumn festival, a celebration of the harvest and of the local food culture. Each of the city's 13 districts brings its own dishes and attractions, so a stroll around the station gives you a taste of the whole city. Things get going the evening before with a festival walk, followed by portable shrines and floats moving through the streets. The main day offers local food from morning on, a stage program, district showcases and a rally event. Collect stamps as you go: a full card gets you into the prize draw.
